Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO):

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting assessments, and guiding clients through the mortgage lending process. You will work closely with a branch manager, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful mortgage transactions.

Mortgage Underwriter:

Role Description

Expected to evaluate and assess loan applications. In this role, you will analyze financial documents, credit reports, and property appraisals to ensure the applications meet lending guidelines and qualify for endorsement. Must be familiar with conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of mortgage underwriting practices.

Branch Manager:

Role Description

Lead and grow our mortgage branch. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of loan officers, and ensure production goals are met. Responsibilities include driving business growth, maintaining compliance with lending regulations, and providing leadership to ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in mortgage lending, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Mortgage Loan Call Center Representative

(Location: New Orleans, La)

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with loan inquiries, and guide them through the mortgage process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to explain loan options clearly while providing excellent service to potential borrowers.

Loan Officer Assistant (LOA):

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant. As an LOA, you will be responsible for assisting mortgage loan officers and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include calling leads and potential clients to set appointments and answer general questions that result in applications, You will work closely with a branch manager, MLO's, clients, processors, and other team members to ensure smooth and successful mortgage transactions.

Mortgage Loan Processor:

Role Description

In this role, you will manage the loan application process from start to finish, verifying documentation, coordinating with loan clients, originators, underwriters, and ensuring timely closings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in mortgage processing, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Must be able to meet deadlines and work within the time constraints of contracts.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
